The topper
What is the Seed & Mushroom Topper?
A snap-apart food topper for dogs, made from seeds, mushrooms and other pantry ingredients. Crumble a piece over their usual food or offer it by hand. It is for occasional or supplemental feeding, not a complete or balanced diet.
What’s in the pouch?
A minimum of 170 g, packed as four blocks. Each block is scored into nine snap-apart squares.
What are the twelve ingredients?
Activated organic pumpkin seeds, activated organic buckwheat, full-fat organic flaxseed meal, organic nutritional yeast, activated organic sunflower kernels, organic chia seeds, organic maitake powder, organic lion’s mane powder, organic cold-pressed flaxseed oil, wheat germ oil, organic rosehip powder and organic turmeric powder.
Does it contain wheat?
Yes. Wheat germ oil is one of the twelve ingredients. Check the full ingredient list before serving.
How are the blocks dried?
The blocks are gently dried at 45°C or below.
Serving & storage
How do I serve it?
Snap off a square, crumble it over the food your dog already eats, or offer it by hand. Follow the feeding directions on your pouch.
Can this replace my dog’s usual food?
No. This is complementary food, intended for occasional or supplemental feeding alongside their usual food.
How should I store it?
Follow the storage directions and date on your pouch. Keep the resealable zip closed between serves. The oxygen absorber inside the pouch is not for eating.
