For help with a delivery or return, email hello@gatherandbowl.com.au.

Delivery

We dispatch orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Within Australia, Standard shipping is $11 for 1 pouch and free for orders of 2 or more pouches. Express shipping is $15. Delivery estimates are separate from dispatch time. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & exchanges

We accept change-of-mind returns for a refund or exchange on unopened pouches requested within 14 days after delivery, with the original seal intact. Email hello@gatherandbowl.com.au with your order number before sending anything back. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a product issue, email us so we can help. These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Read our returns policy.
