In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating as Gather & Bowl under this ABN.
These terms apply to orders placed through the Gather & Bowl online store. Please read them together with our Shipping & returns information, Refund policy and Privacy policy.
Please check the products, quantities, delivery address and contact details in your order before submitting it. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email hello@gatherandbowl.com.au with your order number as soon as possible.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The order total, including delivery charges and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. Available payment methods are also shown at checkout.
If there is a problem with product availability or fulfilling your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the next steps.
We dispatch orders within 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout; see Shipping & returns for our current Australian shipping offer.
If an order has not arrived or there is a delivery problem, contact hello@gatherandbowl.com.au so we can help.
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened pouches with their original seal intact. Please request the return within 14 days after delivery by emailing hello@gatherandbowl.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to return.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the return address. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
After we receive your return and check that it is eligible, we will initiate a refund for the returned product to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has a product issue, email hello@gatherandbowl.com.au with your order number and a description of the problem.
The 14-day request window, unopened-pouch condition and customer-paid return postage above apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit remedies or return-cost rights that apply when a product does not meet a consumer guarantee.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are preserved. Nothing in these terms or our store policies excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation.
