We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened pouches. Please request your return within 14 days after delivery. Pouches must be unopened, with their original seal intact.
We also accept exchanges for unopened pouches with their original seal intact; please request an exchange within 14 days after delivery by emailing hello@gatherandbowl.com.au.
To request a return, email hello@gatherandbowl.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the return address.
You are responsible for the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Once we receive and check an eligible return, we will initiate a refund for the returned product to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has a product issue, contact us at hello@gatherandbowl.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
If we confirm a product problem, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs you have paid. Please keep your postage receipt.
The 14-day window and unopened-pouch condition apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a repair, replacement or refund when a consumer guarantee is not met.
